8/3^5 x 21/16^5=2/7^x

powers are same,we can write as follows

(8/3 x 21/16)^5 = 2/7^x

7/2^5 = 2/7^x

2/7^-5 = 2/7^x

bases are same,we equate powers...

so,x=-5

hope this will help u...
