3/8x -3/8*5=13-7x

3/8x+7x=13+15/8

56x+3)/8=119/8

56x+3=119

56x=116

x=116/56

  • We have to evaluate the above expression by using the given data.

              Given data:-  \frac{3}{8}(x-5)=13-7x.

              To find:- Value of the expression.

              Solution:-

  • Here, we will use the below following steps to find a solution using the transposition method.
  • Here we will use the transposition method.
  • Transposition is one of the linear equations.
  • To solve the transposition method we wi.ll Identify the variables and constants.
  • Then we Simplify the equation in LHS and RHS.

        Therefore,

        \frac{3}{8}(x-5)=13-7x\\\\\Rightarrow \frac{3(x-5)}{8}=13-7 x \\\\\Rightarrow \frac{3 x-15}{8}=13-7 x\\\\\Rightarrow \frac{3 x-15+8 \times 7 x}{8}=-7 x+13+7 x \\\\\Rightarrow \frac{3 x-15+56 x}{8}=-7 x+13+7 x\\\\\Rightarrow \frac{59 x-15}{8}=13\\\\\Rightarrow 59 x-15=8 \times 13\\\\\Rightarrow 59 x-15=104\\\\\Rightarrow 59x=104+15\\\\\Rightarrow 59x=119\\\\\Rightarrow x=\frac{119}{59} .

         Hence we will get the value x=\frac{119}{59}.
