Putting value of b

3a - 2(3-9a) = 27

3a - 6 + 18a = 27

21 a = 27 + 6

21 a = 33

On taking LCM

= 21 - 99 ÷ 7

= -78 ÷ 7

-a/b = -(33/21) ÷ (-78/7)

= 33/21 × 7/78

= 11/78
