If 3 by 5 of a number exceeds it's 2 by 7 by 44. Find the number .

x(3/5-2/7) = 44

11x/35=44 thus

x =140

Since, it's given that 35 of a number exceeds its 27 or we can say that 35x is greater than 27x by 44 . Simplifying the above equation by taking its LCM. Therefore, from above we see that required number is 140. So, the correct answer is “140”.
