If 3 is added to both the numerator and the denominator of a fraction, the resulting fraction is 7/8. Instead if 3 is subtracted from both the numerator and the denominator the resulting fraction is 11/13 find the fraction

Now solving eqn 1)and 2) we get

x=25 and y=29
