a^m(a^n)=a^(m+n)

[(-3)^m+1 *(-3)^-5]/(-3)^6=(-3)^7

[(-3)^m+1-5]/(-3)^6=(-3)^7

[(-3)^m-4]/(-3)^6=(-3)^7

[(-3)^m-4-6]=(-3)^7
a^m/a^n=a^(m-n)

(-3)^m-10=(-3)^7

comparing exponents

m-10=7

m=17
