3 man can do Work in=15 days

Then 1 man=15×3

(Why we Multiply because More men will work less day will take to complete .But when less man will work more day it take to complete)

1 man=15×3

Then 9 men

 \frac{15 \times 3}{9} = 5

9 men will take 5 days.

Now why we divide 15×3/9 .As 15×3 of 9 man .But when more join Days will less.

\boxed{\mathsf{Total\: Days=5}}

Hi,

Here is an easy solution of your question.

If 3 man can complete the work in 15, days

then

1 man will complete the work in 15×3= 45 days

Then

man will complete the work in 45 ÷9 = 5 days.
