You cannot hang drywall until the plumbing and electrical is roughed in and inspected (usually)….so throwing a bunch of people at a project can actually slow the process down, rather than speeding it up.

To be fair, with good management and coordination, and using fast setting/quick drying products, you might be able to finish the job in 20 days but if you decide to put the home on the market, I wouldn’t let potential buyers know that you rushed the project that way…
