3tan \theta = 2 \\ tan \theta =  \frac{2}{3}  \\  \\  \frac{sin \theta + cos \theta}{sin \theta - cos \theta}  \\  =  \frac{tan \theta + 1}{tan \theta - 1}  \\  =  \frac{ \frac{2}{3}   + 1} {\frac{2}{3}  - 1}  \\  =  \frac{2 + 3}{2 - 3}  \\  =  - 5
