Answer:

64

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:-

(3)^{x + 1}  =  {(9)}^{x - 2}

To Find:-

 {(2)}^{1 + x}

Solution:-

(3)^{x + 1}  =  {(9)}^{x - 2}

(3)^{x + 1}  =  {(3)}^{(2) \times (x - 2)}

(3)^{x + 1}  =  {(3)}^{2x - 4}

When the bases are same then compare the powers:-

x + 1 = 2x - 4

2x - x = 1 + 4

x=5

Now we have to find:-

 {(2)}^{1 + x}

Put the value x=5,

 {(2)}^{1 + 5}

 {(2)}^{6}

 {(2)}^{1 + x}  = 64
