RHS=9^x-3

RHS can be written as

(3^2)^x-3

=3^2x-6

Now , we can compare power of both side because base is same.

3^x+2=3^2x-6

comparing powers

x+2=2x-6

solving equations

2+6=2x-x

8=x

hence,value of x is 8.
