if 30 bulbs are connected in series.one of the bulb is fused and the other 29 are joined in series.the light on the room seems to be increased or decreased or remains same

If 30 bulbs are joined in series, and if 1 bulb fuses, then the light of the room seems to increase as less now there are less bulbs so each one will recieve more current now, so the light increases.....

Explanation:

In a series connection the resistance in each bulb is added up. Resistance is inversely proportional to current. And current is directly proportional to intensity of light. Now if 30 bulbs are connected in series, each bulb is having a resistance of n, the resistance is 30 n.

Now if one bulb is disconnected then the resistance becomes 29 n. Now if that bulb with resistance n is in parallel then equivalent resistance is  \frac{29}{30 n}. So the resistance decreases and the current increases, so the light also increases.
