Answer:

Vishal got Rs.600,

Dhaval got Rs.900,

Mahi got Rs.1500.

Step-by-step explanation:

Now, we we say,

2 parts, 3 parts, and 5 parts, each part has to be equal.

Let the parts be p.

Since we are dividing Rs.3000, the equal parts will add upto 3000.

So,

2p + 3p + 5p = 3000

10p = 3000

p = 3000/10

p = 300

Hence,

Each part is Rs.300

Now,

Vishal gets 2 parts = 2 × 300 = Rs.600

Dhaval gets 3 parts = 3 × 300 = Rs.900

Mahi gets 5 parts = 5 × 300 = Rs.1500

OR

Since, the money is being divided into parts they will be in ratio,

2 : 3 : 5

But, they must be divided out of 3000

So,

Total parts are 2 + 3 + 5 = 10

Then, the ratio becomes,

(2/10) : (3/10) : (5/10)

So,

Vishal get 2 parts = (2/10) × 3000 = Rs.600

Dhaval gets 3 parts = (3/10) × 3000 = Rs.900

Mahi gets 5 parts = (5/10) × 3000 = Rs.1500

Therefore,

Vishal got Rs.600,

Dhaval got Rs.900,

Mahi got Rs.1500.

Hope it helped and believing you understood it........All the best
