M1 = 0.5 molar
V1 =30 ml
Solution is diluted to 500ml , V2 = 500 ml
We can calculate the molarity of the new solution by using the molarity equation :
M1 * V1 = M2 * V2
M2 = (0.5 * 30) / 500
M2 = 0.03 molar
