Let 35 apples be x. ----------------------- (1)
Given, 32 apples weigh 2kg 800g ( 1KG = 1000g)
= 2 * 1000 + 800 grams
= 2800
So, 32 apples = 2800
1 apple = 2800/32
= 87.5
We have to find 35 kgs of apples i.e 35000 grams
We know that 1 = 87.5
x = 35000 (from equation (1)
x = (35000 * 1)/87.5
= 400.
Hope this helps!
