48 men working 10 hours a day can do double that work in 24 days.

I think your question is -> If 32 men working 12 hours can do a work in 15 days, how many men working 10 hours a day can do double that work in 24 days ?

using formula,

M1D1H1/W1 = M2D2H2/W2

here M , D and H represent number of men, days and hours.

M1 = 32 , H1 = 12 hours and D1 = 15 days , W1 = 1

M2 = ?, H2 = 10 hours and D2 = 24 days and W2 = 2

now, 32 × 12 × 15/1 = M2 × 10 × 24/2

⇒M2 = (32 × 12 × 15)/(10 × 12)

= 16 × 3

= 48 men

so, 48 men working 10 hours a day can do double that work in 24 days.
