No. of hours 32 men work in 15 days= 384 x 15=5760 hours.

In second condition,

Work to be done is double, so number of hours required= 5760 x2= 11520 hours.

X men x 10 hours x 24 days = 11520

240 X = 11520

X = 11520/240=48 men.
