The ratio of A and B is A:B =5:3.

We know if percentage has to be calculated its value is always taken to be from 100.

So as 33% of A has value = 33/100.

And 55% of B so value is =55/100.

We know that ratio is quantitative relation of two amounts showing the number of times one value is or contained within other value.

So ratio between A and B is :-

33% of A = (33/100)A.

55% of B = (55/100)B.

So ratio of A:B is:--

(33/100)A : (55/100)B

=> A:B = 55/100 : 33/100

=> A:B = 55/33

=> A:B = 5:3

So the ratio A : B is 5 : 3.
