Amount of cloth(in m) -64m
Amount of cloth required for each trouser- 64/36
= 16/9m for each cloth

36 trousers→64 meters

1 trouser→?(let x)

cross multiplication ⇒ 36x=64 meters

                                 ⇒x=64/36

                                 ⇒x=16/9(1.77)
