Hello Mate!

3A = 5B

A = 5B / 3

Similarily, 4B = 6C

C = 4B / 6

A : C = A / C

A / C = ( 5B / 3 ) / ( 4B / 6 )

A / C = 5B / 3 × 6 / 4B = 5 / 3 × 3 / 2

A / C = 5 / 2

Therefore, A : C = 5 : 2

Have great future ahead!
