{\large{\pink{\mathcal{ANSWER :}}}}

Let, the quadratic polynomial be k( ax² + bx + c) , where k ≠0.

So,

α + β = -3 = -b / a

α × β = 2 = c / a

By comparing this value in k( ax²+bx+ c ) , we get x² + 3x + 2.

\longrightarrowSo, the quadratic polynomial is x² + 3x + 2.

alpha+beta = -b/a

-b/a = -3 _____1

alpha×beta = c/a = 2 ________2

From 1 and 2 :

a = 1, b = 3, c = 2

Therefore the equation is : x^2 + 3x + 2 = 0
