cot A =4/3
BC=3 and AB=4 So AC=?

(AC)^2=(AB)^2 + (BC)^2
AC=5
tan =3/4
1-9/16/1+9/16
=5/16/25/16
=1/5 = LHS
cos a=4/5
sin a=3/5
=16/25 - 9/25
=5/25
=1/5. = RHS
Therefore,
LHS equal to RHS.
