Answer:

Hence the cost of 7 kg is Rs.280

Step-by-step explanation:

As per the details proved in the above question,

It is given that cost of 3kg of rice is Rs.120

We have to find the cost of 7 kg rice,

We have to know the cost of 1 kg,

Cost of 1 kg rice is equal to cost of 3kg rice upon 3 we get,

=\frac{120}{3} \\=Rs.40

The cost of 1 kg of rice is Rs.40

The cost of 7 kg of rice is as bellow,

=7\times 40\\

Multiply 7 into 4 we get 32 then adding zero we get 280,

Also, 7 into 40 we get, 280

=Rs.280

Hence the cost of 7 kg is Rs.280

Note:-If 3kg of rice cost Rs.120 then what is the cost of 7 kg
