If 3m – 5n = – 1 and 2m = n – 3, find the values of (3m + 5n) and (m + 2n).​

Answer:

(3m-5n+0=-1)____×3. (1)

(2m-n+3=0)_____×2. (2)

6m-3n+9=0

6m-10n+0=-2

= 7n+9= 2

then solving this we get n= (-1)

and putting value of n in (2) equation

We get m = -2

then put value,

(3m+5n) = (3(-2) + 5(-1) )= -8

(m+2n). = (-2 +2 (-1) ) = -4
