If 3m:n = 4:7, what is the ratio of m:n?

Given,

3 times m:n = 4:7

 =  \frac{3m}{3n}  =  \frac{4}{7}

 = 7(3m) = 4(3n)

 = 21m = 12n

 = 21  \div  12mn

 = 1.75mn
