if 3tan x=4 the find sinx + cosx

Here is your answer

If 3 tanX = 4

tanX = 4/3

since we know that
  \sin(x)  \div  \cos(x)  =  \tan(x)
we can write tan x as

sinx/ cosx = 4/3

and now..

sinx = 4

cosx = 3

Now sinx + cosx
4+3 = 7
