(p)x=3x-1

=3x=1

=x=1/3

(p) = 6x"+x-1

=6(1/3)"+(1/3)-1

=6(1/9)-2/3

=2/3-2/3

=0

therefore, 3x-1 is a factor of the polynomial 6x"+x-1

here \: is \: your \: answer \: mate

 \frac{6 {x}^{2} + x - 1 }{3x - 1}  \\  =  \frac{6 {x}^{2}  + 3x - 2x - 1}{3x - 1}

 = \frac{3x(2x  + 1) - 1(2x + 1) }{3x - 1}  \\ =   \frac{(3x - 1)(2x + 1)}{3x - 1}  \\  = 2x + 1

hence the second factor is 2x-1
