Firstly reduce this equation in the simplest form and then find x as:-

( {3x + 1})^{2} + {(4x + 1)}^{2} = {(5x + 1)}^{2} + 5 \\

 {9x}^{2} + 1 + 6x + 16 {x}^{2} + 1 + 8x = 25 {x}^{2} + 1 + 10x + 5 \\ \implies25 {x}^{2} + 2 + 14x = 25 {x}^{2} + 6 + 10x

Now take all variables and constants to the left hand side of equation and zero remains at the right hand side as:-

25x^{2} + 14x + 2 - 25 {x}^{2} - 10x - 6 = 0 \\ 4x - 4 = 0 \\ \implies4x = 4 \\ \implies \: x = \frac{4}{4} \\ \implies \: x = 4

which is the required answer of this question.
