3x+2/x=7
Multiplying both sides by x we get,
3x^2+2=7x
=>3x^2-7x+2=0
=>3x^2-6x-x+2=0
=>(3x^2-6x)-(x-2)=0
=>3x(x-2)-(x-2)=0
=>(3x-1)(x-2)=0
=>x=2,1/3
Therefore, 9x^2-4/x^2=9*4-4/4, 9/9-4*9=36-1, 1-36=35, -35
