Answer:

Given 3x+2y=13 and 3x2y=5

to find - the value of x and y

according to question

3x+2y=13.....EQ(1)

3x-2y=5...EQ(2)

from EQ 1&2 we get

3x+2y+3x-2y=13+5

6x=18

x=6/18

x=3

putting x=3 in EQ(1)

3*3+2y=13

9+2y=13

2y=13-9

2y=4

y=4/2

y=2
