this is for 2nd sum
4x + 6 = 18 \\ 4x = 18 - 6 \\ 4x = 12 \\ x = 12 \div 4 \\ x = 3
this is for 1st sum
3x - 2y = 19 \\ x = 3 \\ 3 \times 3 - 2y = 19 \\ 9 - 2y = 19 \\ - 2y = 19 - 9 \\ - 2y = 10 \\ y = 10 \div ( - 2) \\ y = - 5
