If 3x + 2y= 23/5 and xy = 2/5. Find the value of 9x^2 + 4y^2

3x \:   +  \: 2y =  \frac{23}{5}

xy =  \frac{2}{5}

9 {x}^{2}  + 4 {y}^{2}

 {(3x + 2y)}^{2}  - 2 \times 3x \times 2y

 { (\frac{23}{5}) }^{2}  - 2 \times 3 \times 2 \times xy

\frac{529}{25}   - 12 \times  \frac{2}{5}

 \frac{529}{25}  -  \frac{24}{5}

 \frac{529 - 120}{25}

 \frac{409}{25}

16 \frac{9}{25}
