4x+96°=180°

4x=180°-96°

x=84°/4

we know that sum of supplementary angles is 180°

=(3x-58)°+ (x+38 ) = 180

= 3x-58+x+38 = 180

= 3x+x-58+38 = 180

4x-20=180

4x=180+20

4x=180+20

4x=200x=200/4=50

Hence, the value of x is 50°

first angle= 3x-58

=3×50-58

=150-58

=92°

second angle= 50°+38°=88°
