3x+5y=9. equation-1. ×3
5x+3y=7. equation-2 ×5
9x+15y=27
25x+15y=35
now we will cut the 15y and 15y. And add the left equation .
34x =62
so,

x= 31/17
now we will take the equation 1 and put the value of x which is 31/17 then we get the value of y .
