The value of  p and q is -1 and -2

Step-by-step explanation:

given  polynomial

3x4-4x3-16x2+15x+14

on dividing 3x4-4x3-16x2+15x+14 by x^2-4

we get the quotient = 3x² - 4x-4

remainder = -x-2

Th division is shown in the below attachment

given remainder = px +q

on comparing both the remainder

remainder = -x-2  with given remainder = px +q

we get to know that

p = -1 and q = -2

hence, The value of  p and q is -1 and -2
