Answer:

As (4,0) is solution so X= 4 and Y=0

putting values in given eq

4(4) + 5(0) =k

16+0=k

Hence

K=16

Answer:

the value of x is 4

the value of y is 0

now put the value of x and y in the equation 4x+5y=k

now

4×4+5×0=k

16+0=k

16=k

therefore the value of k is 16.
