Let the number be x

=> 4 / 3 * x = 13 + 1 / 6 * x
=> 4x / 3 = 13 + x / 6
=> 4x / 3 - x / 6 = 13

Taking Lcm we get,

=> 8x / 6 - x / 6 = 13
=> 7x / 6 = 13
=> x = 13 * 6 / 7
=> x = 78 / 7
