Here we would be following the BODMAS rule of mathematical calculations

In this rule the order of doing calculations is signified below

The very first letter B denotes bracket which means we should firstly solve the things in bracket.

The letter O denotes the order of powers of the numbers.

The another letter D denotes divide so after solving brackets we should divide the respective number.

The next letter is M which is multiplication which means after solving brackets and division we have to go for multiplication.

The next letter is A which is addition which means after solving brackets and division we have to go for addition.

The next letter is S which means and subtraction. So after solving brackets , division and addition we have to go for subtraction .

So according to this rule; the solution of this problem becomes very easy.

As there are no Brackets , Different Orders of x & Division calculations. We directly shift onto multiplication

Step by step procedure towards the solution..

4 - 4 × 7 + 3

4 - 28 + 3

7 - 28
