Hey friend, ☺️ here is your answer ____________________________

 {x}^{2} + 11x + k \\ putting \: x \: = - 4 \\ { (- 4)}^{2} + 11 \times - 4 + k = 0 \\ 16 - 44 + k = 0 \\ k = 28
Hope this helps you..

given -4 is zero of given polynomial
hence it satisfy x2+11x+k=0

hence putting x=-4
(-4)²+11(-4)+k=0
or 16-44+k=0
or k= 28
