Actually it's possible that none of these people have diarrhea, they just suffer from it. There are many ways one can suffer from diarrhea. One can suffer because they get covered in diarrhea or because things they own get covered in diarrhea. One can suffer because they are really horny but their partner has diarrhea. One could even suffer because they really wish they had diarrhea so they could get out of the terrible situation they are in, or so that they could call in sick to work, or something like that.
