➡dozen = 12

➡12 eggs cost = 40 (given)

➡let the cost of one egg be X

➡12*X= 40

➡X = 40/12

➡X = 10/3= 3.3(approx)

so ACQ ,cost of two eggs = 2*3.3 = 6.6 or 2*10/3= 20/3
