lets form an equation,

45 person = 20 days

then,

1 person = ? days

=>  1 person = 45 * 20

=> 1 person = 900 days

now 75 person =  ? days

=> 900/75

=> 75 person = 12 days

so let a=45 b=20 and c=75 and d=x

we should keep in mind that during inverse proportion ab=cd means 45*20=75x

where x=12 means 75 workers take 12 days to complete the work
