Two conditions are required :-
1) It should be multiple of 2
2),It should be multiple of 3

For being multiple of 2, it can end with 0,2,4,6,8
For being multiple of 3, It's sum should be divisible by 3

So y can be 0
4+7+0+4=15 so it is divisible by 3
