49 x^{2} -b =( 7x² +  \frac{1}{2} )(7x² +  \frac{1}{2} )
49x²-b=(7x²)²- ( \frac{1}{2}
49x²-b= 49 x^{4} - \frac{1}{4}
-b=49 x^{4}   -  \frac{1}{4} - 49x²
B= - 49 x^{4} +  \frac{1}{4} + 49x²
