You have given that 4a - 3 = 13.

Then 4a = 13 + 3 = 16.
a = 16 / 4 = 4.

Substituting the value of a in the given equation 10a^2 - 5a + 6,

10(4^2) - 5(4) + 6 = 10(16) - 5(4) +6
= 160 - 20 + 6 = 146.
