if 4A=5B=7C and A+B+C=581,C=?​

given that,

4A = 5B = 7C

A + B + C = 581. (i)

7C = 4A

so

A = 7C/4

7C = 5B

so

B = 7C/5

putting value of A and B in (i)

7C/4 + 7C/5 + C = 581

(35C + 28C + 20C)/20 = 581

so... 83C = 581 × 20

so... C = 581 × 20 / 83

C = 7 × 20

= 140

so... value of C is 140..
