As 4p - 5q = 2 ............ (1)
pq = 6 .............. (2)
Cubing both side of (1) we get
(4p - 5q)^3 = (2)^3
64p^3 - 125q^3 - 3 (4p x 5q) (4p - 5q) = 8
64p^3 - 125q^3 - (60pq) (4p - 5q) = 8
64p^3 - 125q^3 - (60 pq) (2) = 8
64p^3 - 125q^3 - (60 x 6) (2) = 8
64p^3 - 125q^3 - 720 = 8
64p^3 - 125q^3 = 8 + 720
64p^3 - 125q^3 = 728

Therefore, 728 is your answer
