a+3d = 15
a= 15-3d

a15 = -29
a+14d = -29
15-3d+14d = -29
11d = -29-15
d = -44/11 = -4
a = 15+12 = 27

a10 = 27+9(-4)
a10 = 27-36
a10 = -9
