see.... it is given that the equation is perfect square, so we convert this equation as like to (a+b)^2 .........here b=14, so it's square will be equal to 1+c......i. e. 1+c=196.
bro then (1+c)^2 =14 that's it so 1+c=root(14)
b^2=14 so b=1+c if (1+c)^2 =14
