Heya!
Here is the answer

Given equation
4x - 3 = 21

To find =>
3x - 5 = ?

Now,
Let's find the value of x

4x - 3 = 21 \\ 4x = 21 + 3 \\ 4x = 24 \\ x = \frac{24}{4} = 6

x = 6

Now,
Put the value of x in the equation..
3x - 5

3(6) - 5 \\ = 18 - 5 \\ = 13

Thus,
3x - 5 = 13.

Thanks!!
